2019: our financial awakening
2019 was a big year for us.
We started budgeting, tracking our net worth, investing and working towards FI/RE (financial independence/retire early).
In 2019 we:
- Grew our net worth from €40,000 to €91,000
- Cash flowed our wedding
- Saved €38,000
- Started investing in August and ended the year with a €27,000 portfolio
- Switched to a cheap Dave-car
- Earned our first passive income: €32,57 for the year
- I got several side hustles and earned €4300 extra cash
- Started working towards passive income and financial freedom
2019 was amazing. I’m excited to see what 2020 will bring!
